TAYLOR JOELLE RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS POLICY
Returns/Exchanges
To be eligible for a Taylor Joelle return, exchange, and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must have tag, and not be stained, damaged, worn, or washed.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 14 days* after item is marked as delivered. Clearance items are FINAL SALE.
*Defective items or items received damaged can be returned beyond the 14 day time limit.

Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive the method of refund you chose during your return process. These options include a refund to your original payment type, Taylor Joelle shop credit, or a discount towards a future purchase.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive Taylor Joelle gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping Returns
Do NOT send your item back to the Taylor Joelle warehouse until you have received a notice that your return/exchange has been approved.
If exchanging or returning a product, return shipping costs will not be covered.
If a defective product is being returned, shipping costs will be covered.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, like Route. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
