Where Is My Preorder?

A few of our upcoming preorders are facing unexpected production delays, and we want to be completely transparent with you about what is going on:

We never want to make excuses, but we do want to be honest. Our supplier is currently facing significant material sourcing issues along with problems regarding customs. This has unfortunately pushed back our expected production and shipping timelines.

We know how frustrating shipping delays are, especially if your recent orders or pre-orders with us have already been impacted. We are incredibly sorry for these rolling supply shortages and deeply apologize if this is affecting you for a second or third time. You trust us to deliver magic on time, and we hate letting you down.
