We want you to love your Taylor Joelle, Holly & Bloom, or Rosie Beach purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Here's our return policy to help you make your return as smooth as possible.

 

As of December 14th, all Disney inspired items are currently final sale, and not eligible for a return. If you have any questions, please email us at info@taylorjoelle.com.

 

Returns within 30 days:

  • Taylor Joelle is now covering all fees for domestic returns and exchanges! This means that your return will not cost you a penny.
  • Your item must be shipped back to us within 30 days of its delivery date for a full refund.
  • Your item must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. 

Returns AFTER 30 days:

  • If you waited too long to return your items, do not worry! You can still return for store credit.
  • Your item must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will issue you your store credit.

Defective Items:

  • If your item arrives with a defect, please contact us immediately at info@taylorjoelle.com.
  • We will require documentation to verify the defect, such as photos or videos. Please attach this to your email.
  • Once the defect is verified, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for the return, and provide you with options to remedy the situation.

General Conditions:

  • In all scenarios, the item must be returned in the same condition it was received.
  • Please package the item securely to prevent damage during shipping.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet our return policy requirements.
  • Products sold as final sale do not qualify for returns. 
  • If we receive an unused dress without the tags, we won't issue a refund in cash, but instead apply an appropriate store credit amount to your account.
