We want you to love your Taylor Joelle, Holly & Bloom, or Rosie Beach purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Here's our return policy to help you make your return as smooth as possible.
Returns for Refund:
- Taylor Joelle is now covering all fees for returns and exchanges! This means that your return will not cost you a penny.
- Your item must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
If you wish to return an item that does not meet the above conditions, it will be processed as a Buyback. Please see our Buyback Page for more information.
Defective Items:
- If your item arrives with a defect, please contact us immediately.
- We will require documentation to verify the defect, such as photos or videos.
- Once the defect is verified, we will issue a full refund and provide you with a prepaid shipping label for the return.
General Conditions:
- In all scenarios, the item must be returned in the same condition it was received.
- Please package the item securely to prevent damage during shipping.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet our return policy requirements.
- Products sold as final sale do not qualify for returns unless it is a defective product.
- If we receive an unused dress without the tags, we won't issue a refund in cash, but instead apply an equal store credit to your account
*Rosie Beach products do not qualify for any Buybacks unless it is a defective product.
