Buyback

We are beta testing a buyback program! Jump into the fun by selling back your gently used clothes for store credit! We are "trying it on" to see if the program is the right fit for Taylor Joelle, so let us know how you like it after giving it a try! 

Here’s how it works:

  1. Email info@taylorjoelle.com to express your interest in returning your gently used clothes for shopping credit.
  2. Include in the email a clear and well-lit picture of the clothes in your email along with the item’s name and size.
  3. Once your return has been approved via email, ship us back the clothes and we will provide you with a shopping credit code once your return arrives!


We offer the following shop credit amounts for your gently used clothes:

$21-25 for all types of dresses

$5-9 for children's tees

$11-15 for adult tees

$11-15 for adult skirts

$11-15 for rompers and bubbles

We do not accept bows or masks. We also do not accept any products that are over 1 year old.

 

 

Rules:

1) We have the right to accept or reject products for buyback.

2) Clothes must be gently used and of good quality. Clothing with holes, rips, stains, pet or smoke smells, stretching, missing pieces, or that are faded or worn will not be accepted.

3) Participants must email info@taylorjoelle.com and have their return approved before returning their items for buyback. 

4) Once the return is approved, the participant MUST include a note indicating that the return is for the buyback program, or else the buyback will not be approved. Also include an email you would like the store credit code to be emailed to.

6) All products accepted for buy back are rewarded with a store credit code. No refunds or gift cards will be provided.

7) Rejected buybacks will be mailed back to the participant or donated according to the participant’s choice.

8) Taylor Joelle does not cover the shipping costs of the return.
