BUYBACK POLICY
Taylor Joelle & Holly & Bloom Buyback Program Breakdown
Program Overview:
This program allows you to return any non-final sale items that are no longer eligible for a full refund or exchange, and receive store credit. You are not responsible for shipping fees in any scenario, as Taylor Joelle will be covering all costs for returns. Items must be received in the same condition as authorized for the promised level to apply.
Eligible Items:
- Taylor Joelle and Holly & Bloom brands only
- Non-final sale
Levels and Conditions:
- Like New: Worn less than 5 times, no stains, tears, or odors, clean and free of debris, appears new.
- Good: Used but free of large stains (pea-sized or smaller), tears, missing embellishments, clean, no persistent smells.
- Fair: Free of large tears (no greater than 1/4"), no significant embellishment loss, washed, no persistent smells, no large stains (penny-sized or smaller).
- Well Worn: Does not meet the Fair level requirements.

- While we strive to accept all items submitted, we reserve the right to reject any item for any reason at our sole discretion. Factors that may influence our decision include, but are not limited to, the item's condition, authenticity, or compliance with our guidelines.
- Final sale items are not eligible for buyback.
