Shipping Policies
Regular Shipping Times: When an order is placed, the items are shipped within 1-3 business days, and will arrive to the customer anywhere from 2-10 business days. Overnight Express Shipping is not offered at this time.
Shipping is free for domestic orders over $75.
Updated 2023: shipping may take longer than expected due to delays. Please makes plans to order in advance.
Launch Day Shipping Times: Orders placed during new item launches take approximately 1 week leave our facility, and will arrive to the customer anywhere from 2-10 business days.
Preorder Shipping Times: Please read product description to learn transit times for preorders. Unless otherwise noted in the product description, preorder items arrived to the Taylor Joelle warehouse within 4-6 weeks. After arrival in the warehouse, items take approximately 1 week leave our facility, and anywhere from 2-10 business days to arrive to the customer.
International Shipping: Ship times vary. Shipping times on international orders (including Canada) can take around 4 weeks. If you haven't received your package after 4 weeks, please contact us.
Unfortunately we do not offer priority or express shipping internationally.
Please be aware that customs may be charged on buyers end, and is not something we can control.
Order Pick Up: For information on local pick up when opting out of shipping, please review our order pick up and warehouse hours.
Shipping Protection
Please consider insuring your package with Route Package Protection as it will cover any issues in package delivery. Taylor Joelle is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. In the event that your package is stuck in transit, lost, or stolen, a Route claim can not be filed for 7 days so please make sure to order in advance.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What size should I order?
Product size information can be found toward the bottom of each product detail page. Our dresses and tees are true to size based on the children's dresses from Gap and Target, and we recommend sizing up if your child is in between sizes for longer wear.
We also recommend picking a piece of clothing that fits your child perfectly, laying it flat, and then measuring it on the areas indicated on the size chart. Keep in mind our dresses have a bit of stretch to them.
2. What does preorder mean?
To avoid sell out risk, we occasionally make our products available for preorder. Preorder products are made and shipped after your order is placed, and that about 4-6 weeks to ship to you.
If you have a combination of preorder products and ready-to-ship products on your order, it will ship when all preorders are ready to ship. If you need your ready-to-ship items faster than your preorder items, we recommend placing two separate orders.
3. What fabrics are the products made of?
Almost all of our dresses are 95% cotton, with the other 5% being elastane.
4. How do I take care of my Taylor Joelle products?
We recommend washing on the gentle, cold setting, and placing it in a wash bag while washing. Then lay flat to dry. Please reference the link below for a wash bag:
5. What are my shipping options?
At checkout, there are two shipping options:
- Economy for $6: 5-8 business days
- Standard for $11: 3-5 business days
6. Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?
We currently offer international shipping! Input your address at checkout to see if we ship to you! Shipping times will vary, and additional fees may apply upon delivery for International packages. If you have any more questions about international shipping, please reach out to customer service at info@taylorjoelle.com.
7. How can I pay for my order?
Taylor Joelle currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
8. How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive an email notification to the email you entered during check out during each step of the shipping process. When your order is first shipped out, the email sent to you will contain a tracking number. If you input a phone number at check out, you will also receive a text with your order information.
9. Can I cancel or change my order?
We can cancel orders that haven't already shipped. Most preorders take 4-6 weeks to arrive to the warehouse and ship, and so can be cancelled during that time. To cancel an order, please email customer service at info@taylorjoelle.com.

12. What do I do if my order is defective/damaged, I received the wrong item, or my order is missing part of it?
We are so sorry this happened! You can begin an exchange/return here. Make sure to mark that your item was defective/damaged, or an incorrect order. Be sure to check our Return/Exchange Policy.
13. Can I request a custom made dress?
Unfortunately, we don't make custom items.

14. My discount code is not working, what do I do?
Our system only allows one code to be used at checkout.
However, if the one discount code you are using is not applying correctly, email customer service at info@taylorjoelle.com. If the discount did not go through on an order you already placed, please include your order number in the email to customer service.
