DIY Valentine Bracelets for Kids

If you’re looking for a fun and creative way to show your kids some extra love this Valentine’s season, why not try these easy DIY bracelets.  They make adorable class valentines. This was an easy project for my 9 year old and it gave us something special to work on together.

Gather Your Supplies

To get started on your bracelets, gather up some supplies. You will need stretchy string, scissors, clear nail polish

Rubber Beads

Letter Beads

Stretchy String (this is also included in the rubber beads set)

Printable Cards

3x4 cellophane bags with self seal

Washy Tape (for securing the bracelet to the back of your card)

Cut & String Your Beads

Tie a big knot at the end of your string, load the beads up, and tie the two ends together.  I knot the ends several time and then tab clear nail polish over the knot to make things secure.

Attach the Bracelets to cards

Cut two small slits on either end towards the bottom of the cards.  Then insert the bracelet into the card and tape the back.

Enjoy!
