Responsive Communication:
- Our customer service is available by phone only during storefront hours, 10:00am-2:30pm MST. If you call outside of these hours, please send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
- We value your time and strive to respond to all emails within 24 business hours. During peak periods, it may take up to 48 hours for a reply, but we'll keep you informed.
- Please note our temporary service break from 2:30PM MDT on Fridays to 9:00 AM MDT on Mondays. Emails sent during this time will be addressed upon our return.
