Absolutely love picking up my TJ dresses instore! It's convenient for me and I love meeting the staff! No matter who helps me, they are always so friendly! They are always smiling! I can't tell they love their job!
I prefer not to pay shipping so I’m glad they offer in-store pickup. So easy to pick my order up when I’m already out and about. I’ll always love Taylor Joelle!

It was very easy to do and I did in store pickup because I didn’t have time for shipping. However I only gave four stars because the building is kind of hard to find and looking at it you would have no idea that the office is in there. I would have appreciated better directions from TJ when I signed up for in store pickup.
